Your computer system is crucial to keeping your business running. Understanding your needs, our team will respond to your issues within a 4-hour window*. This means more time for you to work and less time waiting.

Standard service call hours are from 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday. Saturday and after-hour appointments can also be arranged for your convenience.

Consulting/Technical Support - On-site   $115.00/Hour
Consulting/Technical Support - In Shop   $105.00/Hour
Technical Phone Support   $85.00/Hour
**After-Hours/Emergency Surcharge (Mon-Fri after 5:30pm and all day Sat & Sun) 50% Additional

Monthly visits with the option of Bi-Weekly visits (8 hour month minimum.

3 Month Minimum ($2520 for 3 months.)

  • No charge for travel (up to 20 mi.)
  • Reduced Hourly rate of $105/hr.
  • Reduced after-hours emergency
  • Hours used to maintain system, check normal operations, latest patches
